High Court suspends implementation of various clauses of security laws

NAIROBI, KENYA: High Court on Friday temporarily suspended the implementation of of various clauses of the controversial security laws act pending hearing and determination of a case by CORD

Among the clauses suspended is 12, 29, 48, 56, 58, 58.
In his ruling, Justice George Odunga said that some of the clauses touch on fundamental issues in the bill of rights.
